Amending your email address
If you need to amend the email address you use to sign in to Streamtime, you can do so by following the below steps:
Head to your Profile
Click into the 'email' field
Amend the email address
Click out of the box to save
Changing your password
If you need to reset your password, head to your profile > change password.
š” you will need to know your current password in order to change it when signed in to Streamtime
Can't remember your password? Here's how to reset it.
Head to the Streamtime login page and click Forgot your password?
Enter your email address and check your inbox for a reset link.
If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam/junk folder.
Still nothing? Contact help@streamtime.net - we can verify your email address and resend the link.
If you know your password, but have lost access to your 2FA code, head here for support.
My team member hasn't received their invite
If a new team member doesn't receive their invite, it's usually due to their account being added before the email was fully set up with your mail provider. Just reach out to us, and we can manually send the signup link to get them started.
