Creating milestones on jobs is an easy and useful way to create visual indicators of significant job dates and deadlines.
Your milestones are found in the Job Timeline. Head here to create and view all milestones belonging to a job.
To create a milestone, simply hover your cursor over the timeline dates under the days of the week until you see a greyed out milestone icon appear.
Click on the desired date to add your milestone.
Once saved, you can view a milestone's detail by hovering over it.
You can see a summary of all milestones on the job by hovering over the milestone summary. We'll also include all milestones in the Summary PDF which is available to export via the Create button.
If you have created invoices on this job, you will also see these appear alongside milestones on the job timeline so that you know when you can expect payments from your clients.
