ππΎ What happens to my account?
To retain full control over your project history, we recommend exporting essential data before transitioning to the free plan and using descriptive labels for easier reference.
All good things have to come to an end, and while we'll be sad to see you go, it's not goodbye forever. When your paid subscription ends, your account will automatically transition to a free plan. Here's what you can expect:
5 active jobs: Your free plan allows up to 5 active jobs at any time, ensuring streamlined usage.
Archived jobs: Jobs beyond the 5 active job limit will automatically move to an archived state. Archived jobs remain accessible for reference, though they cannot be reactivated unless within the 5-job limit.
No cost: The free plan ensures continued usage of Streamtime without any subscription charges. This transition is designed to preserve functionality and enable you to keep engaging with Streamtime, even without a paid plan.### Data Management Recommendations To ensure a smooth transition to the free plan and safeguard your data, consider these preparations:
Export your data: Create backups of job statuses, work details, and historical data before your billing period ends. This guarantees offline access afterward.
Label or tag jobs: Organize your projects with labels during the paid period to easily navigate archived jobs on the free plan.
Prioritize active jobs: Review and select up to 5 critical jobs to keep active while archiving less-urgent ones to optimize your workflow.
