No longer want an account!? Sure thing, here's how you sort that out

Streamtime is more than just software - it's a game changer that can revolutionise the way you work. But we get it - sometimes, it just doesn't click. The good news is that we're here to help, and we're constantly evolving to meet the needs of our users.

So if you're feeling like Streamtime isn't working for you, we want to talk about it. Our team is always available to help you work through any challenges you may be facing. Whether your circumstances have changed or you just need a better plan, we can work together to make Streamtime work for you.

We don't want you to leave, but we understand that sometimes it's necessary. Whatever your decision may be, Streamtime is always here for you. Our team is committed to providing you with the best possible experience, and we're always happy to hear your feedback so we can continue to improve and grow.

πŸ‘‹ Closing your account


  1. Log into your Streamtime account.

    1. If you don't remember the details, go to streamtime.net and enter your email address. Your account(s) will appear.

  2. Head to the Billing screen in the βš™οΈ menu

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page, and choose the 'I want to close my Streamtime account' button.

  4. You'll then be prompted to send us a message which you can customise. We'd really appreciate it if you could take a moment to share your reasons.

  5. One of our lovely team will get back to you and help with the next steps.

πŸ™‹πŸΎ What happens to my account?


All good things have to come to an end, and while we'll be sad to see you go, it's not goodbye forever. We'll pop your account onto a free plan so you can still access Streamtime and refer back to your jobs. You'll have five live jobs, and everything else will be archived.

😨 Can I completely delete my account?
