👩🏼‍🏫 Streamtime 101

Getting Started: Learn how to navigate to your Jobs list, create a new job, and plan it out step by step. You'll also get a clear understanding of what everything means and how each part works within your job.

⏳ Setting dates and managing your Schedule

In this video, we will step through how impactful setting dates in your job plan can be. We then step through our Timeline, Schedule and To Do page.

💰 Invoicing

Learn the different ways to create an invoice inside our job, how we can share with our client and send through to our accounting package.

📉 Reporting

Streamtime has a powerful new Reporting feature that allows users to build fully customised reports using data from Jobs, Invoices, Expenses, Quotes, and Time. Users can pull in any number-based column (e.g. invoice totals, expense costs, time logs), choose aggregation methods (SUM, AVERAGE, COUNT), and apply both global and column-specific filters to fine‑tune their data.

Report creation is flexible: you can start from templates or build from scratch, adding formula columns (e.g., calculating profit by subtracting costs from revenue).

Reports can be grouped hierarchically (such as by company and job) and viewed as both data tables and time-series graphs to track trends. Learn more about our Reporting feature here.
