βοΈ Non-billable time management
You can now easily differentiate between billable and non-billable time in Streamtime! This functionality aids reporting on billable vs non-billable time that ultimately improves your team's work-life balance allowing you to set better billable expectations at the planning stage of your projects.
Highlights:
You can now mark a job as non-billable. Non-billable jobs can be found and reported on via the Jobs List, Schedule and Priorities
You can mark an item as non-billable within a billable job. The sell values of non-billable items will not be included in the phase and job totals (but cost $$ are still included)
More filters on the Time and Expenses modal on the job are added in order to include or exclude based on an Item's billable status
When a Time & Expenses invoice is created, non-billable entries are not included
Job Cost Reports will now include item non-billable status
Non-billable figures aren't included in the WIP report, however, the filter will be available if required

New user onboarding got a full revamp making it easy to understand Streamtime's whole product offering as a beginner
New duplicate job modal with neat groupings, reducing your clicks
Ability to assign a job number and a PO number at the job creation, so you don't have to head to your job Settings tab to do this
Ability to create a Master Item that is priced by person β handy for building jobs quickly!
Ability to view the timeline date header on very large projects when you've scrolled far down the screen
If an Item has logged time, you'll see an 'are you sure' message if needing to delete an item from the job, so you don't inadvertently move time to 'Extra Hours Tracked'
The names 'Billed' and 'Unbilled' have been changed to 'Invoiced' and 'Not Invoiced' across the filters and checkboxes on the new job page. This is to make terminology consistent as well as mitigate against confusion with the words Billable and Non-billable. The functionality remains the same.

An issue with downloading the timeline PDF is resolved
In some instances the Item Date Picker wasn't prompting End Date entry, now resolved
The issue with Priorities board βfreezesβ after trying to add/click/edit the note cards in Safari is now resolved
Some Credit Notes that have been sent to clients were unable to be marked as Sent after our upgrade to credit note functionality. This has been resolved. Note, previously live links to those Credit Notes have been cleared, so you may need to resend it to your client to generate a new link.
We fixed job page delays with a high amount of job label options
Used/planned on an item is now showing in red when the time logged is more than the time planned
