Why should I use the Schedule?
The schedule is a one-stop shop for scheduling your jobs, as well as having a birdseye view of what your team are working on across the week.
It also helps with managing future time, by giving an overview of what’s happening across the business, and where you have capacity to take on new projects.
Where is the Schedule?
You can navigate to the Schedule in three different ways within Streamtime.
Via the Sidebar
This is a great way to navigate to the Schedule from wherever you are in Streamtime.
Via a Job
This is helpful to use when you have just finished planning out your job, and are ready to start scheduling. It will pull you through to a filtered version of the ‘Jobs and their Items’ section of Schedule, which allows you to focus on the job at hand, without any additional jobs in view.
Via a Shortcut
The shortcut G+S will pull you directly into the schedule, no matter where you are in Streamtime.
Core Views
There are four core views in the Schedule, which you can easily navigate to using the dropdown menu in the top left corner.
Each of these views have different uses which you can learn more about by heading here.
You can also learn more about top use cases across the views by heading to the article here.
