Accessing my files
Current Classic customers:
Please refer to this article
For Classic migrators (moved to the new Streamtime):
When you switch to the new cloud-based Streamtime, we send you the archived files of your Classic database. We recommend storing these files in the cloud or on a server for safekeeping so you'll be able to download them directly from there.
I can't find my files, do you have a copy?
Unfortunately, we don't store any files for GDPR reasons. Your IT support may have helped you archive your files originally so we recommend speaking with them as a first port of call.
Opening your Classic database
Make sure both files printforms.fmp12 and streamtime.fmp12 are downloaded to your machine and stored in the same folder.
You'll then double-click on the streamtime.fmp12 option to open the database.
Installing FileMaker Pro
Check the compatibility
Newer machines and Operating Systems work off FileMaker Pro 19.
You'll need to check your Operating Systems compatibility before installing, please use this link to check.
Please note: if your Classic database is stored on FileMaker Server, you will need to be on version 17, 18 or 19 to use FileMaker Pro 19. If you need to upgrade your server, please reach out to help@streamtime.net to discuss next steps.
