Step 1: Export Data from Streamtime 📤
You will need to export two separate time reports: billable time for a set date range and non-billable time for a set date range.
Head over to your Jobs > Time, and select "Group by Team Member."
Then set your date range for time logged and apply a billable or non-billable filter. Please note, that you need to export two separate sets of data and then paste raw time data into the recommended tabs.
Now, you're ready to export the CSV. Just ensure you select Export All Entries when prompted.
Step 2: Access the Team Utilisation Template 📄
Open the team utilisation template in Google Sheets, which provides a framework for your report. You can find this template here.
Step 3: Input Your Data 📝
