🎯 Goal: Understand what's in your Weekly Wrap email and how to use it
🔑 Requirements: View Happiness Coach Summary permissions
The Weekly Wrap email is a curated summary of your week in Streamtime. It covers time logged, upcoming schedule, team wellbeing check-ins, and financial performance — all in one place, without having to log in. Think of it as your weekly briefing.
📅 The Lowdown: Last Week and Next
The top section of the email shows your personal activity for the past week.
Time logged is broken down by job, so you can see where your hours actually went. Each job is a live link: it'll take you straight to the relevant job or list view in your Streamtime account if you want to dig deeper. Below that, you'll see what you're scheduled to work on this week, so you can head into the new week knowing what's coming.
If you have team permissions, you'll also see the team's total time logged for last week alongside their upcoming schedule, not just your own.
🙋 People Wrap
The People Wrap section gives you a pulse on team wellbeing for the week.
It shows the median check-in score for the current week alongside the previous week's score, so you can spot trends at a glance. You'll also see the top positive reasons your team cited for their scores. The score is determined by the average of all scores, and appears as a number out of 100.
A summary of drivers and drainers for the week is included — this covers both positive and negative report themes, along with how many team members checked in each week.
Drivers and Drainers data will only be visible if there is enough data to aggregate for anonymity across the team. For more information on what we show, to whom, and when, visit the Weekly Check Ins article.
💰 Profit Wrap
This is your hub for key profit-related insights over the month. We know that your data can fluctuate day to day, so the Weekly Wrap will track your cumulative burn over the calendar month, based on access permissions. We've strived to present the most useful view based on the access levels available in Streamtime.
If you have Cost Rate Access:
You'll see an Invoiced vs. Total Cost graph. This compares the total invoiced amount for the month against used time and expense costs, ex tax. It's a quick read on how close you are to recovering your invoiced value, and whether you're at risk of losing money, based on cost, on the month.
If you have View Financial Access:
You'll see an Invoiced vs. Total Sell graph. Same deal as above, but with sell value. This will show how close your total sell from used time and expenses is getting to your invoices value.
📊 Reading the Profit Graphs
The Profit section is a cumulative monthly view — it reflects your progress from the start of the calendar month to the date the email was sent. It's designed to show your trajectory towards end-of-month targets, not just a point-in-time snapshot.
Beneath the Profit Graph, you'll get a collection of helpful insights:
Insight | What it shows |
Quotes Out For Approval | Total value (ex. tax) of quotes marked as sent on active jobs. These are awaiting approval by client. Number look a bit wrong? Click through to the list and manually approve or decline, if your Streamtime's a little behind reality. |
Top Billable Time | Billable time logged as a proportion of total working hours across the team. Click through to see a breakdown by team member. |
Invoices Due | Total invoiced value (ex. tax) with a due date falling within the current calendar month. |
Expenses this month | Total value of used or paid expenses dated within the current month. |
FYI: The Weekly Wrap is generated over the weekend, so by the time you open it up, some data might be a touch out of date.
