Automation around receiving a Purchase Order numbers, app-wide improvements & issue fixes

Updated over a year ago

πŸ™Œ Special Mentions

We improved the way you can record client Purchase Order numbers in Streamtime. Now, your client is able to add a Purchase Order number directly on the quote that you share via Streamtime.

If the job doesn't already have a Purchase Order number, the PO number added via the quote client app will then populate the job plan and your quote, of course. This means you can get paid faster and spend less time chasing clients via emails πŸŽ‰

πŸ’… Improvements

  • Previously, when the client approved a quote, only a quote creator would receive an email notifying them of its approval. Now, a sender will also receive an email notification that the quote has been approved by the client.

  • We've standardised the Quote and Invoice lists on the job so they're consistent across both modals. We've also added a few new columns such as PO Number and Invoices Ex Tax.

  • Further improvements have been made to the new Beta Dashboard (closed trial). Head here for more information about the dashboard and how to get access.

  • You're now able to modify Expenses and Purchase Orders via the API

πŸ›  Fixes

  • You can now sort by Expense status column in the Expenses list without getting an error message

  • You can now sort by a Quote Status column in the Quotes list without getting an error message

  • You're now able to save Master Expenses with the negative mark-up to record their true costs

  • Improvements were made to the way the deleted quotes and invoice line items do not skew other job figures

  • You're now able to search and filter using the full value (including decimal points) on all lists including jobs, expenses, quotes & invoices.
