Online quote approval

Clients can quickly approve their quotes online, so you don't have to waste time chasing them down.

In Streamtime, you can send a quote you have created to a client online after creating a job. Thats always a handy feature, but naturally, Streamtime takes it just a bit further and allows the client to approve a quote online πŸ™Œ Pretty awesome, right? Well, we are not done yet! What if Streamtime could alert your team over slack when a quote was approved? In this article, we will show you how!

First, we need to create a quote, so head to the Jobs screen, select your job, and hit βž• Create > Quote.

Now we will edit the quote. First, select which items you want to include in your quote and edit where needed, then click Continue to settings. The next screen will allow you to edit the content of this quote.

Ok, let's send this masterpiece of a quote off to the client. Hit Preview and send in the top left corner. Select a contact or enter an email address to send the quote to, and hit Send. Your quote is now sent, and your client will get an email like the one below. For more on sending quotes, check out this article.

Once your client has approved the quote, you will get an email that looks like this.

⚑️ Alerts with Zapier.

All you need to do is select Quote Approved in the When this happens... menu when setting up your zap.
