Welcome to Priorities - Streamtime’s Kanban offering, designed to help you stay on top of your key tasks, projects, and priorities. Recognising the complexities of project management, we've simplified the process with fully customisable Kanban boards. With Priorities, you can rank tasks based on their importance and address them promptly. Catering to everyone from solo creatives to larger teams, Priorities allows you to view all essential information in a Kanban view, collaborate on multiple jobs, and move cards as they progress - all within Streamtime.
The Homepage
All Priorities boards that you’ve created or have access to are located on the Homepage. For easy navigation, you can view All Boards, My Boards, or Shared With Me. These list views show who the boards are shared with (people or branches), the board owners, when they were last edited, and their statuses (active or archived).
Pro Tip 1: Star your boards so they appear in your Starred items in the Activity Panel ⭐
Pro Tip 2: Use the 3-dot menu on the Homepage to take quick actions like Duplicate, Archive, or Delete. Note: deleting a board will permanently remove it — there’s no way to recover it.
The Template Library
Being fully customisable, the Priorities feature can feel overwhelming at first. That’s why we’ve created built-in templates to help you get started. The Template Library is available as its own section within the Homepage. You can create a board by clicking on a template at the top, or by using the New Board button in the top right corner, then selecting one of the recommended templates. The preview shows you everything you need to decide which elements of the board you want to duplicate.
Pro Tip 3: We’re always looking for ideas from our customers on how they use Priorities in their agencies. If you’ve got a great board setup, we’d love to hear from you! Email help@streamtime.net with your use case and a screenshot. We might even add your board to the template library for others to enjoy!
Card Types
Whether you’re using an existing template or building your own board, you’ll notice the variety of Priorities card types available. Except for the Note Card, all other cards are linked to key Streamtime elements – no surprises here. You’re free to build your boards using the cards that matter most to you. 😉 Better yet, you can collapse a card whenever you need more space to see the board clearly.
Pro Tip 4: Each card has its own visibility settings that can be customised based on what you want to see. Want to view the Phase name on an Item card? Easy! Need to see a job’s overall budget progress? You got it! Head to the Priorities Settings area to adjust card visibility ⚙️
Let’s take a look at the different cards you can create within Priorities and the 3-dot menu actions available:
💻 Job Card - A mini version of the job in your Streamtime account. Great for getting a helicopter view of multiple jobs and their stages at once. Use the 3-dot menu action to Create To Do, Expense, PO, Quote or Invoice; Download JCR or Duplicate Job.
✅ Item Card - Displays the progress of an individual item within a specific job. Perfect for a Kanban view of a single job by using multiple item cards. (Note: the job must exist in the system first.)Use the 3-dot menu action to Create To Do against this item.
🤑 Quote Card - Shows the details of a specific quote. Use this in Account Management boards where you want to track quotes and invoices for live jobs or key clients. Use the 3-dot menu action to Approve, Decline, Create an Invoice or Download the quote.
💰 Invoice Card - Displays the details of a particular invoice. Ideal for Finance-focused boards where your team tracks draft, part-invoiced, awaiting payment, or paid invoices. Use the 3-dot menu action to Mark it as Sent, Record Payment or Download.
🧮 Expense/PO Card - Represents a third-party cost within a job. Combine with Item cards on one board to track job deliverables and costs. Use the 3-dot menu action to Approve, Decline or Convert Expense to a PO.
📁 Company Card - Represents an imported or created Company in Streamtime. Use it to track notes in new business boards or monitor key accounts. Use the 3-dot menu action to Create a Contact, Mark as Supplier or Client.
⛄️ Contact Card - Similar to the Company Card, but for individual stakeholders. Useful for keeping track of key client contacts and notes.
😎 Team Member Card - Use this to assign notes to a team member, track their personal tasks, or communicate with others.
📝 Note Card - The most versatile card. Use it for anything: new business opportunities, personal reminders, meeting checklists – whatever you need!
Pro Tip 5: Every card lets you add notes and checklists, so you’re always on top of what’s important!
Column totals
In addition to viewing cards, you can also report on the progress of multiple cards within a specific column. Perfect for a quick snapshot of job progress, incoming revenue, or quoted amounts. Add column totals to any (or all) columns and report with ease.

Sharing
As the owner (creator) of a Priorities board, you can choose to keep it private or share it with others. To collaborate, we recommend sharing the board with specific team members or branches in your Streamtime account. The Share modal allows you to:
Assign a New Owner - Don’t worry, you’ll remain on the board with Edit permissions.
Give View Access - Allows team members to see the board but not make changes.
Give Edit Access - Allows team members to edit and share the board with others.
