The Streamtime comes with advanced resource planning and scheduling.
The Jobs Schedule presents your team's planned work by Job in a Gantt chart style view, and is a great place to allocate resources simply by dragging and dropping your team directly onto a job.
Your team's availability is displayed in a bar along the bottom of the screen where their capacity is presented clearly in a progress column. Here, you'll be able to select a date range and see either how much time each team member has available, or if they're currently over capacity.
The Team To Do view shows everyone in your team's To Do screens. This view shows what's been booked onto someone's To Do screen and what they've logged as Done.
The team To Do view will also allow you to filter who's To Do's you'd like to see, including by teams, and will also give you flexibility around the order you'd like to see these people along the left.
You can multi-select To Do's from the Team To Do view by holding Command while clicking on a To Do in the team To Do view, from here you can drag them all or right click and you're presented with a menu that will allow you to Log all selected To Do's, Unlog selected To Do's, Reassign or Duplicate.
