Some of our users would like to feature more than just Phases and Items on their jobs. They are looking to capture all job details for the team. If that's you - try the following:
1) Head to Profile & Settings > Master Settings
2) Create a new 'Item'
3) Call it 'Job Notes', then add a description e.g. Client contact, Deadline, Budget, Reference, Project, PO Number, Brief etc.
4) Head to a job, add an item and choose the newly created 'Job Notes' item. You can now add all the details here. It's a free text field, thus you can add as much information as you like. Ideally, create a job template and include this item so it's always available on each job.
